Mrhhhh...I think the interview went okay. I mean, I really really hope I get the job. I really adore that store. The staff is amazing and it's just one of my favourite places to shop. Here's to hoping!
I feel bad, I kept forgetting the interviewer's name. She was an awesome lady, but her name was so odd that even though I heard it like three or four times, I'd forget it almost instantly. It just doesn't stick. D: And I'm normally pretty good with names.
I hung out at the Gamestop my brother works at for about an hour afterwards while I waited for my mom. Oh my god, my brother and I have drifted so much. We used to be able to talk about anything and everything, but now he doesn't seem to want to hold conversations. ]:
I was talking to his friend Mike, mainly. He's totally sweet. I always have fun talking to him~
AND HOLY CRAP! THE SUN WAS BLOODY RED, YESTERDAY! a;lfdsh CALIFORNIA HAS LITERALLY BECOME HELL.
Okay, yeah. I have two ficlets to post up, later. Both of which are Persona 3.

Date: 2007-10-24 04:41 pm (UTC)I feel the same with my brother too. Maybe it's time or distance who changed our relationships with people :'[

Date: 2007-10-25 01:14 pm (UTC)Where do you work, by the way?
It's really a shame. :[ But it's an equal effort. I really, honest to goodness, try to talk to him as much as I can, but I eventually got fed up and left to wait outside for my mom and just talked to his friend.
He just gives off the vibe like he doesn't care to talk to you.

Date: 2007-10-24 05:32 pm (UTC)And I forget names all the time, you're good for being able to remember then for the most part. XD;;
It's kinda scary/cool when the sun is red. D: There were fires over here in August (but not nearly as bad as over there) and the sky was always all smokey and the sun would always be red in the evening;;;

Date: 2007-10-25 01:22 pm (UTC)I really only have problems with names when it's just something really different. I just remember it starting with an F. It was just a very....unique name. @___@;
It's pretty cool that you can actually stare right at it and not worry about blinding yourself! :D I wanted to take a pic for everyone to see, but my camera wasn't taking that great of one.
Hum...fires are just no fun. 8/

Date: 2007-10-24 07:39 pm (UTC)I wouldn't worry about it too much.People know if they have weird names(sometimes).Some teachers at my school hav e to be called "Ms.S" cuz their real name is like,"Sctarchonsauben" or something.
Do you have a DS?Just wondering because I think you would like Phantom Hourglass.XD I LOVE IT.It's hard to describe.All I can say is that it's very cool.And it has a crazy bitch that dresses up like a pirate and constantly stalks you.XD

Date: 2007-10-25 01:25 pm (UTC)Yeah, but calling her Ms. F would be rather inappropriate, don't you think? And thinking a nickname would sound way too chummy. I may just avoid saying her name all together until it actually sticks.
I don't have any handheld system at the moment. I sold my Gameboy Advance to get a DS, but I didn't have enough when I did so so I have GBA games, but no Gameboy. I plan on buying a DS and PSP as soon as I start getting enough money for recreation.
That's good to know that the game is good. Stalker Pirates FTW.

Date: 2007-10-25 08:18 pm (UTC)Yeah,pretty much.Maybe "Boss" will do or something.Or just say "Yes ma'am" or something.I usually listen to other people saying the person's name before I actually use it.Quite awkward.
A lot of my friends at the moment don't have a DS(besides Dan).But yeah,the game is awesome.That lady is seriously the best.She follows you everywhere and anywhere.
btw,yesterday,I woke up,went outside,and the sky was ORANGE.Turns out we had a tornado.I thought it was some natural disaster,and I was right.But it was creepy.Like,one moment it's orange,the next it's gray again.

Date: 2007-10-25 08:35 pm (UTC)She's not my boss and if I were her, I wouldn't appreciate being called "ma'am" by a new employee. It kind of sounds condescending. I actually do the same. I listen as other people use someone's name and then I pick it up.
That's how I learned the name of one of the manager's name at Gamestop who I'm really familiar with. He'd always say "Hi, Allison!" when I came it and I just said "Hiiiii!" until my brother addressed him. XD
Even if I did have one, I wouldn't be playing it at all. :[ I don't have a lot of time to really get into games, at the moment.
Orange? :OOO Noway, that's weird. So, the sky turns orange when there's a tornado??? Scary...

Date: 2007-10-25 08:53 pm (UTC)It's quite different in the south,so yeah.
Me too.I just say,"Uh,hi!" then I hear someone else say it.
I didn't play it for a while either,but after PH,it made me love it again.
Well,it was a rusty orange.Really.It wasn't red.Yes,I was like,"WTF is with the sky?It's actually kinda pretty...but WTF?!"
