A Higurashi dub!? Ew, that would hurt, they better stay off that project. "When They Cry" does fit!!! At least keep the Higurashi name if you're going to translate the title into english. "When the Higurashi Cry" would've been totally better and you still have the "Higurashi" word in there so people will know what you're talking about.
