I don't really watch the news much, either. My brother is pretty devoted to getting every bit of new info and I was putting groceries away when he goes "Oh, did you know Sheik is in Brawl? :D"
It's not that I don't have time for console game (lol...), but I haven't really been in the mood. I have more fun playing console games when I'm around other people. Kind of like, I wanna share the experience with another, even if it's one-player. :[
