5 hours...

5 hours out of the entire week. Five. Who in hell works 5 hours out of the week?

I've been on-call from 1 - 6PM, but I never got called in and basically spent my entire day playing Ocarina of Time on the Virtual Console.

I've been so bored, but I couldn't plan anything. And I requested a schedule change so I could work Tues., Wed., Thurs., and Sat. I need to see how Mondays will be before I give the word, but I wanted Sundays and Fridays off.

Still. I understand that the holidays are over and hours were going to be cut, but I'm seriously irked by this. I'm almost tempted to quit and apply for Gamestop. But I love the atmosphere. I love the people I work with.

But I feel like a temp. I have yet to be put on register after almost 3 months. And, honestly, it doesn't feel worth working if I'm only going to have a paycheck this week of less than $40 after taxes.

As much I'd really not like to, I'm giving this job until the end of January. This is stupid.

What do you think, F-list? I really am at a loss.

Hold onto your job because not many places are hiring right now. So it might actually be hard to find something.

OR FIND SOMETHING AND THEN QUIT :D;; So a least you don't lose in the end, righto?

I'm like the complete opposite of you. I've been working my butt off everyday, for nine hours (a day) and it's driving me up the wall and I'm always so tired.

YES. :D That's actually what I wanted to do if I were to go out and get a new one. If I were to get a better job, then I'd submit my two-weeks notice.

It's wonderful for the pay, but it gets so tiring. I come home sleeping a lot. Well, I'm taking two weeks vacation starting on the 21st, so I think they thought "WELL SINCE SHE'S NOT WORKING FOR TWO WEEKS, LETS MAKE HER SUFFER FOR TWO WEEKS BEFORE SHE GOES SO ALL SHE DOES IS JUST RECOVER AND NOT HAVE FUN ON HER VACATION"
or something like that~ XD

I get paid $8 an hour, but I do get the occasional bonuses. It's not too bad to start out.

MAKE SURE SHE'S IN PAIN FOR THE NEXT TWO WEEKS THAT SHE'S OFF. At least you'll get a chance to relax. You definitely deserve the vacation. ♥

By the way, I just picked up Phoenix Wright earlier today. :D

The checks are good, could be better, but I can't complain because it's money either way! And my sister works at Ikea, which is INSANELY good~

Ah, cool. My brother asked me if I was going to get the new one when I bought this one and I got confused on how many there really were. I knew at least three. XD (the girl in the top hat is adorable. Is she a new character?)
